Fortune Media & Great Place to Work Name Clinch a 2024 Best Workplace in New York

Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazine have honoured Clinch, the leader in dynamic ad serving and personalisation and creator of Flight Control, the Omnichannel Campaign Activation Platform, as one of this year’s Best Workplaces in New York. 

This is Clinch’s 2nd time being named to this prestigious list. Earning a spot means that Clinch has surpassed rigorous benchmarks, establishing itself as one of the best workplaces among companies headquartered in New York.

To determine the Fortune Best Workplaces in New York™ List, Great Place To Work collected nearly 140,000 confidential survey responses from employees at eligible companies. Via the Trust Index™ Survey, employees shared honest feedback about their experience by responding to 60 statements about the employee experience and answering two open-ended questions.

The Best Workplaces in New York list is highly competitive. Survey responses reflect a comprehensive picture of the workplace experience. Honourees were selected based on their ability to offer positive outcomes for employees regardless of job role, race, gender, sexual orientation, work status, or other demographic identifier.

Clinch receives this acknowledgment on the heels of several noteworthy announcements, such as a series of Gen-AI enhanced capabilities that won the company a Business Intelligence AI Excellence Award for Most Innovative Application of Gen-AI, expanded channel solutions to enable ad personalisation for audio media, new sports API capabilities to add data from the Olympics to a creative strategy, and a series of tech and workplace awards from premium trade groups such as Digiday, AdAge, and AdExchanger.
